Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 cup diced ham

  • 1/2 cup diced tomato

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, and paprika.

  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ham, tomato, and green onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Pour egg mixture over the ham mixture in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges start to set.

  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top of the frittata.

  6. Place skillet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the frittata is set.
